Kwetiau siram seafood is kwetiau mixed with squid and shrimp and spices blend.
to recipe ingredients we need :
- Kwetiau 400 grams wet, pour boiling hot water and drain.

- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 whole onion, thinly sliced
- 150 grams prawns, peeled
- 150 grams of squid, cut into round
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ tsp bouillon powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water
- Caisim 150 grams, cut into 3 cm, boiled
Directions :
- Boil Kwetiau wet with a little salt and oil until thick. Remove and drain.
- Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Enter the shrimp and squid, stir until it changes color.
- Add water and other seasonings, and cook until the shrimp and squid cooked.
- Enter the cornstarch solution little by little, stirring constantly, remove from heat.
