Asam Padeh Ikan Baung

Asam padeh was cooking meat / fish there and a little chili sauce, marinade is similar to rendang spices, but this Asam padeh do not use coconut milk as rendang. for further let's look at the recipe.

For 1 kg of ikan baung(fish bagridae)
Ingredients:
  • 1 / 4 kg minced chili.
  • 12 cloves garlic (finely milled).
  • 18-20 red onion (finely milled).
  • Ginger, and galangal one segment (for thumb).
  • Citrus leaves 6 lbr.
  • 5 bay leaves lbr.
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed slightly).
  • Acid kandis 3 BTR (starfruit wuluh 6 points) inserted later.
  • Salt & sugar to taste.

how to cook :
  1. Sprinkle fish with all the spices, until the water in the fish meat to dry out. Then add some water.
  2. Furthermore, cook until fish feels soft.
  3. And last input acid kandis/ridley earlier.
  4. Cook until the juices stay back a little / thickens.
