Asam Padeh Ikan Baung
Asam padeh was cooking meat / fish there and a little chili sauce, marinade is similar to rendang spices, but this Asam padeh do not use coconut milk as rendang. for further let's look at the recipe.
For 1 kg of ikan baung(fish bagridae)
Ingredients:
- 1 / 4 kg minced chili.
- 12 cloves garlic (finely milled).
- 18-20 red onion (finely milled).
- Ginger, and galangal one segment (for thumb).
- Citrus leaves 6 lbr.
- 5 bay leaves lbr.
- 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed slightly).
- Acid kandis 3 BTR (starfruit wuluh 6 points) inserted later.
- Salt & sugar to taste.
how to cook :
- Sprinkle fish with all the spices, until the water in the fish meat to dry out. Then add some water.
- Furthermore, cook until fish feels soft.
- And last input acid kandis/ridley earlier.
- Cook until the juices stay back a little / thickens.
