Penne Pasta Chicken Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams penne pasta
  • 50 grams grated cheese

White Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 300 grams minced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml of liquid milk
  • 5 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 100 grams button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • Pepper powder, salt to taste

Directions :
  1. Boil penne pasta until done, remove and drain.
  2. White sauce: heat the butter, saute onion, garlic until fragrant. Enter minced chicken. Cook until it changes color. Add flour and stir well.
  3. Pour liquid milk, cream thick. Stir until blended, add pepper, salt. Cook until cooked and thickened.
  4. Enter button mushrooms, peppers. Stir well, cook a minute, remove from heat.
  5. Tata pasta on serving plates, pour the topping on it. Serve with a sprinkling of cheese.
