Penne Pasta Chicken Mushroom Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams penne pasta
- 50 grams grated cheese
White Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 300 grams minced chicken
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 300 ml of liquid milk
- 5 tablespoons heavy cream
- 100 grams button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- Pepper powder, salt to taste
Directions :
- Boil penne pasta until done, remove and drain.
- White sauce: heat the butter, saute onion, garlic until fragrant. Enter minced chicken. Cook until it changes color. Add flour and stir well.
- Pour liquid milk, cream thick. Stir until blended, add pepper, salt. Cook until cooked and thickened.
- Enter button mushrooms, peppers. Stir well, cook a minute, remove from heat.
- Tata pasta on serving plates, pour the topping on it. Serve with a sprinkling of cheese.
