Bulgogi
Bulgogi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 300 g thinly sliced beef
- Fruit ½ onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 segment ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
- 1 tablespoon sesame sangria
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
How to Make Bulgogi Recipes:
- Marinate meat with onion, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, black pepper, salt.
- Let stand 1 hour. Heat the butter, cook meat until done. Lift.
- Serve with a sprinkling of sesame.
