Kwetiau
Shahe (Hanzi: 粿 条, pinyin: guotiao, also called 沙河粉, sha he fen) is a kind of white Chinese noodles made from rice. Can be fried or cooked berkuah. Shahe is a food that is quite popular in Indonesia, particularly in the areas of Jakarta and other places inhabited by many residents of Chinese descent.
Shahe is generally synonymous with ethnic Hokkien and Tio Ciu. In its spread in Indonesia, ethnic Hokkien and Tio Ciu different in terms of presentation of Shahe. Ethnic Hokkien which many lived in Sumatra is known for Shahe field using fish meatball, lapchiong (pork sausage) and duck eggs. While ethnic Tio Ciu that many living in Borneo is famous for wearing Shahe beef cattle and jeroannya like tripe. In the development of new variants emerged, known as Shahe flush.
Below is the recipe of fried Shahe, Shahe needed to make fried food as follows:
Ingredients :
- 1 packet Shahe
- 50 grams of bean sprouts
- 40 grams shrimp
- 50 grams of beef
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 pieces beef meatball
- 2 pieces of chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon micin
- ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
- ½ tablespoon ang ciu
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
How to make:
- Clean, wash, thinly sliced garlic. Set aside.
- thin slices beef meatball. Set aside.
- Clean, wash shrimp. Set aside.
- Clean, wash, thinly sliced beef. Set aside.
- Clean, wash bean sprouts. Set aside.
- Wash Shahe. Set aside.
- Break the eggs and save them in a bowl.
- Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
- Enter the shrimp and beef and cook until cooked.
- Enter the Shahe, beef meatball, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, micin, pepper powder, ang ciu. Stir until cooked Shahe.
- Enter the bean sprouts, egg. Mix evenly until cooked. Lift.
- Serve.
