Recipe Banana Donuts
Ingredients:
- 500 g high protein flour
- 1 pack of instant yeast
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 150 gr meat bananas, mashed
- 150 ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 g margarine
- solid oil for frying
Garnish:
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling / Can be decorated according to appetite
How To Make:
- Sift flour and baking powder, add the instant yeast and sugar, pour the water while stirring until blended.
- Enter the egg yolks, salt, bananas and margarine, knead until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes.
