Recipe Banana Donuts

Ingredients:
  • 500 g high protein flour
  • 1 pack of instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 gr meat bananas, mashed
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g margarine
  • solid oil for frying

Garnish:
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling / Can be decorated according to appetite

How To Make:
  1. Sift flour and baking powder, add the instant yeast and sugar, pour the water while stirring until blended.
  2. Enter the egg yolks, salt, bananas and margarine, knead until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes.
