Sekoteng recipe

Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of pomegranate seeds
  • 200 grams peanuts, boil and discard husk
  • 100 grams green beans, boiled
  • 1000 cc water
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 knuckle of ginger
  • 5 pieces of white bread, chopped small dice

Directions:
  1. Boil some pomegranate seeds or chinese girlfriend until soft, remove and drain.
  2. Mix water, sugar and ginger. Cook until boiling. Lift, clean filter.
  3. Sekoteng Serve in bowls. Give 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, 2 tablespoons peanut and green, and pieces of bread. Then flush with water that has been cooked ginger.
  4. Makes 5-6 cups.
