Sekoteng
Sekoteng recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of pomegranate seeds
- 200 grams peanuts, boil and discard husk
- 100 grams green beans, boiled
- 1000 cc water
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 1 knuckle of ginger
- 5 pieces of white bread, chopped small dice
Directions:
- Boil some pomegranate seeds or chinese girlfriend until soft, remove and drain.
- Mix water, sugar and ginger. Cook until boiling. Lift, clean filter.
- Sekoteng Serve in bowls. Give 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, 2 tablespoons peanut and green, and pieces of bread. Then flush with water that has been cooked ginger.
- Makes 5-6 cups.
