BEEF LASAGNA

Directions :
- 6 pieces of lasagna, hard boiled
- 100 mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

- 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, sugar, pepper powder to taste
Bechamel Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 250 ml of liquid milk
- 5 tablespoons heavy cream
- Salt, pepper to taste
Directions :
- Meat sauce: heat the butter, saute onions, onions until fragrant.
- Enter the ground beef, cook until meat cooked. Enter the italian seasoning, tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook until done. Lift.
- Bechamel sauce: heat the butter, put the flour and stir well. Pour liquid milk, cream thick. Cook until cooked and thickened, remove from heat.
