BEEF LASAGNA

Ingredients:
  • 6 pieces of lasagna, hard boiled
  • 100 mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Meat Sauce:

  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt, sugar, pepper powder to taste

Bechamel Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml of liquid milk
  • 5 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Directions :
  1. Meat sauce: heat the butter, saute onions, onions until fragrant.
  2. Enter the ground beef, cook until meat cooked. Enter the italian seasoning, tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook until done. Lift.
