Cake Durian Montong Recipes
Ingredients:
- 225 grams of wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 25 grams cornstarch
- 6 eggs
- 150 grams of sugar fine sand grain
- ½ tsp emulsifier
- ½ tsp durian essence
- 2-3 drops yellow food coloring
- 100 grams of meat Monthong durian fruit, puree
- 125 grams butter / margarine, melted, let it cool
- Prepare a round baking dish size 22 cm, spread margarine thinly, sprinkle a thin layer of flour
Directions :
- Sift flour, baking powder and cornstarch. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thick.
- Enter part of flour mixture, essence and yellow dye. Mix well.
- Enter the durian little by little alternately with remaining flour mixture, stirring frequently. Add liquid margarine. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a round baking pan 22 cm diameter, which dioles margarine and sprinkled with a little flour.
- Bake in preheated oven until cooked for about 40 minutes. Turn off heat, leave the cake in the oven until slightly cold, newly issued.
