Cake Durian Montong Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 225 grams of wheat flour

Directions :
  1. Sift flour, baking powder and cornstarch. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thick.
  2. Enter part of flour mixture, essence and yellow dye. Mix well.
  3. Enter the durian little by little alternately with remaining flour mixture, stirring frequently. Add liquid margarine. Mix well.
  4. Pour batter into a round baking pan 22 cm diameter, which dioles margarine and sprinkled with a little flour.
