ENGLISH FRUIT CAKE
Ingredients:
- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp cake emulsifier (TBM)
- 250 gr flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 150 g mixed dried fruit eg cherries, sukade and raisins, stir with a little flour
How to Make :
- Beat butter and white sugar. Add the eggs one by one and cake emulsifier. Beat until fluffy for about 10 minutes
- Enter the flour and baking powder, beat the average. Finally enter the dried fruit mixture, stir well
- Pour batter into 2 pieces of rectangular baking dish measures 9 x 23 x 6 cm which had been smeared with butter and dusted with flour
- Bake until cooked to 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Remove and let cool
- Cut into pieces before serving
