ENGLISH FRUIT CAKE



Ingredients:

  • 250 gr butter
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cake emulsifier (TBM)
  • 250 gr flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 150 g mixed dried fruit eg cherries, sukade and raisins, stir with a little flour



How to Make :

  1. Beat butter and white sugar. Add the eggs one by one and cake emulsifier. Beat until fluffy for about 10 minutes
  2. Enter the flour and baking powder, beat the average. Finally enter the dried fruit mixture, stir well
  3. Pour batter into 2 pieces of rectangular baking dish measures 9 x 23 x 6 cm which had been smeared with butter and dusted with flour
  4. Bake until cooked to 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Remove and let cool
  5. Cut into pieces before serving
