Koja Bolu Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon aniseed
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 425 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
  • 5 tablespoons water suji pandan leaves (from 4 pieces of pandan leaf + 5 leaves suji + 5 tablespoons of water. Blender. Filter)


Directions:

  1. Combine flour, anise, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla. Stir until blended. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until thickened. Enter the flour mixture and stir well again.
  3. Pour the coconut milk, mix well. Add suji leaf water, stir well again.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan with diameter of 20 cm that has been spread with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  5. Oven to 180 º Celsius, 60 minutes or until done.
