Bajigur

Bajigur is to drink from a typical Indonesian region of West Java. This drink is usually sold with the use of carts that include a stove because this is more tasty beverage when drunk in warm. Bajigur often drunk in the afternoon especially on a rainy day. Meals are often served with boiled bananas and bajigur is boiled peanuts.
Recipes are usually used in making bajigur are as follows:

 Ingredients :
  • 5 teaspoons of coffee.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt.
  • 125 cc java sugar syrup.
  • 750 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut.
  • 1 pack of vanilla.
  • 150 grams of fruit Atep (fro), washed and thinly sliced lengthwise, boiled until cooked.




How to :
  1. Mix the coffee, salt, sugar Java and coconut milk, and stir well. And then cook this mixture while stirring, stirring until boiling over medium heat. Add vanilla.
  2. Enter Atep fruit slices that have been soft and ripe. Stir well. Remove and serve hot in a mug / cup with boiled bananas or boiled peanuts.
