FUSSILI SMOKED

Recipes Fussili smoked

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams of pasta fussili

White Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of smoked beef
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml of liquid milk
  • 5 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 50 grams peas
  • Pepper powder, salt to taste
  • 50 grams grated cheese



How to Make Smoked Beef Recipes Fussili:
  1. Fussily Boil pasta until done. Remove and drain.
  2. White Sauce: heat the butter saute onion, garlic until fragrant. Enter smoked beef, cook until it changes color. Give the flour and stir well.
  3. Pour liquid milk, cream thick. Stir until blended. Add pepper, salt. Enter until cooked and thickened.
  4. Enter the peas, stir well, cook a minute, remove from heat.
  5. Good pasta in a serving dish, pour white sauce on top. Serve with a sprinkling of cheese.
